Kelsey A Shaffer
Kelsey Shaffer first joined Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea as a summer Law Clerk while she was still in law school. After graduating in May of 2023 from Albany Law School, she rejoined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Kelsey focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and represents unions and their members in administrative proceedings.
While in law school, Kelsey was as an Associate Editor for Albany Law Review and worked as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Raymond Brescia’s Federal Civil Procedure course and Professor Mary Lynch’s Domestic Violence Seminar. Kelsey interned at the Albany County District Attorney’s Office and participated in Albany Law’s Health Law Clinic and Domestic Violence Prosecution Clinic.
Kelsey is originally from Scotia, NY and currently resides in Albany.
