We advise a variety of professional practices, including medical practices, on all aspects of operation, from formation, financing, purchase and sale to sophisticated and complex mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, including physician practice acquisitions by hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery agreements, space-sharing arrangements, employee leases, professional services agreements, and exclusive provider agreements.  We act as corporate counsel to medical practices to advise and guide them on all aspects of preparation and compliance with internal governance documents, partnership and shareholder agreements, reorganization and dissolution, as well as advise their governing board, committees and executives on their roles and responsibilities.  Our team also strategizes with our clients on all commercial aspects of their businesses.
