Lisa F. Joslin has been a partner of Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea since 2009, and concentrates her practice in employment and labor law litigation and counseling, commercial litigation, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, business counseling, and workplace investigations and training.
With decades of experience negotiating, litigating and arbitrating commercial, labor and employment law disputes, Ms. Joslin has practiced in New York State Supreme Court, all Departments of the Appellate Division of New York Supreme Court, the New York Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts of the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Ms. Joslin has handled numerous matters before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the National Labor Relations Board, and the New York Department of Labor.
Ms. Joslin represents and counsels the firm’s individual, corporate and union clients in all types of employment and labor law matters, including: harassment, discrimination and retaliation; employment and partnership agreements; separation agreements; workplace training and investigations; personnel policies; disciplinary action; and restrictive covenants (non-solicitation, non-competition and confidentiality agreements).
Ms. Joslin also conducts workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying and workplace violence, and civil rights violations; and she conducts workplace training concerning all aspects of employment law, compliance and human resources.
