Our Commercial Real Estate attorneys have been lead counsel on all types of commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and participated financing arrangements, construction loans and mezzanine financing, asset-based revolving credit loans, equipment loans and loans with associated interest rate protection products (SWAPs). The Group’s practice extends to the negotiation of asset purchase and stock purchase agreements, commercial lease agreements, representing buyer and sellers in the sale of business corporations, and consultation with management on all corporate matters
