Richard C. Reilly joined Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea in 2004, and became a principal of the firm in 2011. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, including contracts, business disputes and construction law. Mr. Reilly also advises clients on insurance, business, municipal and land use matters. He has been involved in all aspects of litigation, including trial practice, appeals, mediation and arbitration.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Reilly served as Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Law Review and as Research Assistant to Distinguished Professor of Law David D. Siegel. He also worked as a Research and Policy Analyst and Legislative Director for a member of the New York State Legislature.
