Christopher M. Silva
Christopher M. Silva joined Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea in 2016. He focuses his practice in Labor and Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Appellate Practice. His Labor and Employment practice concentrates on representing unions and their members, through various aspects of dispute resolution, including contract negotiation, grievances, improper practice charges, disciplinary hearings, administrative proceedings, arbitration, litigation, appeals and other matters involving labor relations.
Mr. Silva also represents individuals and companies in all facets of commercial litigation, including contracts, fraud, fiduciary duties and various business disputes, where he handles all phases of the matter from mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Silva was the co-owner of a general practice law firm in Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Silva is a graduate of Western New England School of Law, were he was a member of the National Moot Court Trial Team.
