There are times when alternative means of dispute resolution, such as mediation or arbitration, serve a client’s needs better than commercial litigation.
Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea’s attorneys have extensive experience with mediation and arbitration. Firm attorneys have served as mediators for court-ordered alternative dispute resolution programs. We also regularly undertake mediations and arbitrations on behalf of our clients, including involving labor elations matters and commercial disputes.
We work with clients to evaluate whether mediation or arbitrations are appropriate options for a given transaction or dispute. And if mediation or arbitrations meets a client’s needs, we can assist the client with the strategic planning, preparation and legal work necessary to put the client in the best position possible to achieve a positive result.
