Our attorneys have the experience necessary to prepare and review documents necessary to implement a particular transaction, including purchase/sale agreements, ground leases, commercial leases, sales/leasebacks, options, rights of first refusal and rights of first offer, easements and declarations of restrictive covenants, payment in lieu of tax transactions, condominium development, commercial development, manufacturing and warehousing facilities, and development and management agreements. In addition to structuring deals and drafting the necessary real property documents, we assist with reviewing site investigation materials, including title reports, surveys, covenants, easements, and environmental reports. We represent borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and drafting of financing documents. Our firm also has a large lending practice representing lenders, and with experience on both sides of these transactions, we bring an additional insight when representing either a lending or borrowing party to a real estate financing transaction.
