Land Use and Zoning

Gleason, Dunn, Walsh & O’Shea attorneys have years of experience representing, and working with, municipal Planning Boards (or Commissions) and Zoning Boards of Appeals.  We also represent clients appearing before, and seeking approvals from, those bodies.

From subdivisions and site plan review, to special use permits and zoning variances, we work with clients to understand both the review process and the requirements for an approval for a particular process.  We also work with clients to comply with statutory requirements—including those under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).
